Bath & Body Works | HYGGE Home Candle Collection | Imitation is the Highest Form of Flattery?

I've heard it said, that imitation is the highest form of flattery...but I don't know if that is true in this case.

Bath and Body Works HYGGE Candle Collection Scent Notes:

Soft - Pink Petal Tea Cake - rose petals, fluffy cake, and orange essential oil

Chill - Calming Lavender Spruce - fir needle, lavender, and orange essential oil

Comfort - Soft Cashmere Blanket - fluffy cotton, sheer musk, and lavender essential oil

Cozy - Warm Cup of Cocoa - milk chocolate, steamed milk and nutmeg essential oil

Indulge - Cinnamon Rum Raisin - cinnamon, nutmeg essential oils and notes of spiced Rum

Nook - No Place Like Home - soft musk, vanilla bean, cedarwood essential oils

Warmth - Fireside Comfort - rich vanilla, smoked leather, and cedarwood essential oil

The New Candles Bath and Body Works released for holiday online and in stores on Candle Day even calling the collection HYGGE on store receipts and papers.

And their look-alikes with scent notes from a Scandinavian Candle Company .

 Scent Names and Scent Notes:

BÆR [BARE], reminisces of family trips to the forest to forage for cloudberries, blueberries and lingonberries, of sweet-smelling reductions on the stove and warm, zingy sauces poured over ice cream.

FJORD, [F-YOR] Coniferous forests, crashing waterfalls and abundant fruits magnify the drama of the Norwegian fjords. With joyous notes of woods and ripening orchards, wild berries, blackcurrants and raspberry flowers.

Ö [URR], silken lakes, secluded islands, silent forests. Memories of rowing to a deserted island, the slippery touch of damp rockmoss underfoot, and the fragrant green embrace of dog-rose and crabapples.

Hygge [HU-GAH] is Danish DNA, a reflection of the Scandinavian art of creating intimacy, fellowship and cosiness in the smallest everyday moments. With echoes of tea and baked strawberry cake, rose petals and wild mint.

KOTO [KO-TO], the traditional Finnish word for ‘cosy at home’. A refuge from the rugged Nordic climate, an intimate space to refresh the soul. KOTO blends delicate notes of Baltic amber and schersmin with exotic mandarin and vanilla.

UL [YOOL], Scandinavian for ‘christmas’.

Rituals, Myth & Magic. A richly spiced scent for the home with bold notes of baked gingerbread, melted honey, cloves, and warm gløgg.

RO [RO], peace, calm and tranquility from the kingdoms of Denmark, Norway and Sweden. A subtle symphony of fresh grass and crumpled leaves, ambered woods and hidden blankets in the dunes.

FLAMMA [FLA-MMA], Swedish for flame.

Fireside Glow. The magnetic pull of the hearth, the smokey notes of burning logs, of golden resin oozing from the pine, and the glow of faces mesmerised by the flames.
