Yesterday, the new Thanksgiving Body Care Collection, coming sometime between now, and the September 27th store launch, was shared on Instagram by numerous people. We all got to see the photos of three scents, read the scent notes, and see the accreditation of who shared what. I was happy to see more new.
I saw all of the photos and saw something I had written about before regarding sharing back room photos. I made a posting after chatting with a fellow "fragrance sis" about my concerns.
It, did not go well after that because some thought I needed a dragging over my concerns, while others stale ole " she closes off her comments" were added to be a part of that.
Wow. talk about beating a dead
already. Ha Ha. Clowns. I find those who continue to comment about
comments, only look to cause havoc. Havoc show is over...read the info,
and move on. Should you want to "interact" with others on the subject
that I post, make your own blog/Insta page and chat there.
Anyway...back to the photo.
good deed goes unpunished...or should
I say goes without a good dragging of me on social media...with name
calling me "a dick" as the cherry on top. Dick? Really? My closing off My post
comments makes me a Dick? Wow. Who knew. If that is all you
got...trash calling me a dick...you can get to the back of the line... I
have been called much worse. Oh ya, And when I act like a "dick" you will
My point about backroom photos was this.
If you want to share the excitement here is what I would say:
Here is why...
I was surprised that the Thanksgiving scents hit back rooms so quickly. That was it.
It was no big, "I am fighting or have it in for any particular person who had it shared already" "and I am out to get them as I have done before" ...or we are in some competition of who shares what first."
Have at it I don't care who shares what. If anyone is spreading some bullshit that I am fighting with them, here's the truth...I am not and they are lying. And those wanting the "tea" on my post gossiping about it, stirring up drama...again...nothing is secret and that got back to me.
genuine concern was the tag of the person who shared it. And I spoke to
them personally because their store number was on the photo. They
never asked for credit, or to be tagged. It was simply a shared photo
and credit was given.
When I get a pic sent to me:
I have tons of pics sent to me that I
can't use because somewhere, someone may see that pic and know...Hey, I
work with that person I recognize their ring or a tat, or their nails. It's not drama to talk about this subject...it's
respect for the kindness someone had shown me. And it is never your
photo wasn't good enough to share if I don't use it.
