Life Writings | Roadside Antique Cars

Every year, we pass the same antique cars, sitting in the very same spot on the side of the road.  They never move.  Why they are there?  I can only guess to entertain those who drive past them, year after year.  Up the road a bit from these is a property that has a large group of antique vehicles rusting away where they sit.

As I pass I wonder what tales from their lives each of these rusty cars could tell.  In one way, selfishly, going to the greenhouse yearly would not be the same without seeing the cars parked there.  Maybe the attention from each passerby is enough.

The clouds shown in the photo are from the nuclear plant not far away.
